BACKGROUND
This Malaysian brand launched with a clear Ayurvedic foundation but no digital presence. The team had a product they believed in — but no setup, no ads, no data.
Here’s what we walked into:
- 8–10 SKUs, mostly untested online
- Zero digital sales, all revenue so far was from offline partnerships
- Two hero products: a Tooth Powder and a Hair Regrowth Serum — one solving for long-term oral care, the other targeting visible hair loss

HOW WE GOT STARTED
🧱 Phase 1: Build → Validate (Jul to Aug 2024)
Hair Serum: The real challenge was trust. We didn’t overpromise. Instead, focused on rituals, consistency, and showing visible progress.
Start Small, Scale Smart
We didn’t push all products. We picked only two: the Ayurvedic tooth powder and hair serum. Both had clear positioning and offline feedback.
Site Optimization
We redesigned product images, brought clarity to value props, and created a strong cart experience with upsell nudges.
Clear Creative Hooks
Tooth Powder: The hook was clear — “Toothpaste is the real villain”. We built creative storytelling around harmful ingredients in toothpaste vs herbal purity.

Meta Ads – Fast Feedback Loop
- 4–5 creatives weekly
- UGC, testimonials, how-to reels, and before-after videos
- Focused first on CTR and ATC, then moved to ROAS once conversions flowed
